Summary
AdverBuy ("the Company", "we", "us") does not collect or share personal data. The website, and every service and product we build, is data-privacy-compliant by design. Information that is never collected can't be lost, stolen, demanded, leaked or exposed — so that's the standard we hold ourselves to.
The rest of this policy explains why and how. AdverBuy acts as both Controller and Processor. For any question about this policy or your data, write to info@adverbuy.com.
What counts as personal data
Under Article 4 of the GDPR, personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person — someone who can be identified directly or indirectly, for example by a name, an ID number, location data, an online identifier, or a factor specific to their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

Collection and processing
When do we collect personal data about you? We don't store your personal data.
What about underage users? We don't store personal data belonging to anyone, including underage users.
Why do we collect and use personal data? We can't say why, because we don't collect any.
What type of personal data is collected? There are a small number of exceptions, and none happen without your consent: our contact form, our limited social media presence, Google Analytics, a job application, or a direct sales conversation where mutual interest has been established.
Contact form
If you contact us through the website's form, we'll ask for your name and email so we can reply. We delete your name, email and the full correspondence no later than 30 days after your question is resolved. If you'd rather we delete it sooner, ask at any point and we will, within 30 days of your request.
Social media
Our website links to one social platform. We don't control that platform's privacy policy, so we'd rather you didn't use it through us. Our presence there is intentionally minimal.
Google Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and builds pseudonymised usage profiles — browser type, operating system, referrer URL, host name, and time of request — usually transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the US.
IP anonymization is switched on, so your IP address is truncated within the EU and the European Economic Area before Google processes it. Google uses this data on our behalf to report on site activity; it isn't merged with other Google data, though it may be shared with third parties where the law requires it or where a third party processes it under Google's instruction.
You can block these cookies in your browser, though some site features may not work as intended. You can also install Google's opt-out browser add-on, or read Google's Privacy Policy.
Hosting
The Company's website is hosted on WordPress. See WordPress's own privacy policy for details on their side of things.
Processing methods
We don't store, access, share or use your personal data — but we do use statistically relevant, non-personal data to run the business. Wherever data we collect could be considered personal, we obfuscate it first, using a process the GDPR calls pseudonymisation: your IP address, for example, is converted into anonymous data usable only for statistics. This happens automatically, is irreversible, and lets us work with data without touching your privacy.
Links to other websites
Our site may link to other sites of interest. Once you leave ours, we have no control over — and no responsibility for — how that site handles your information. Check the privacy statement of any site you visit. Tell us about a broken or outdated link and we'll remove it right away.
Storage and security
Do we retain your personal data? No.
How long do we keep it? There's nothing to keep, so the question doesn't apply.
Do we share it with anyone? We'd need to store it first, and we don't.
Do we disclose or disseminate it? No.
How do we keep it secure? By not collecting it.
Do we transfer it internationally? No.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that record parts of your experience on a site — page views, browser type, operating system, links clicked, and similar signals.
We do use cookies, but only the kind that make browsing more comfortable: your language preference (the site supports English, Portuguese, Spanish, German and Russian) and your device type, so the responsive layout can adapt. None of this is personal data, and none of it tracks you.
You can opt out at any point — simplest is declining cookies the first time you visit. Already accepted? Email the Controller to have them disabled, or set your browser to always block cookies from this site.
Your rights under the GDPR
- Right to be informed — full transparency in how any data is used.
- Right of access — know exactly what's held about you and how it's processed.
- Right of rectification — correct data that's inaccurate or incomplete.
- Right to erasure — the "right to be forgotten," with no reason required.
- Right to restrict processing — block or suppress use of your data.
- Right to data portability — retain and reuse your data for your own purposes.
- Right to object — for example, to direct marketing or research uses of your data.
- Rights around automated decisions and profiling — safeguards against decisions with legal effect made without human involvement.
To exercise any of these, or if you think we're falling short of them, contact the Controller — we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time — to reflect changes in the law, our practices, our services, or new technology — by posting a revised version here. Any change that meaningfully alters how we handle data will be flagged on the site, with a link to the previous version.
